This website is operated by [OnTheList Australia Pty Ltd] (“OnTheList Australia”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OnTheList Australia. OnTheList Australia offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us or the store we operate on our site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not be able to access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Admission

1. Admission is strictly by personal invitation only.

2. Sale and transfer of invitation to others, and posting of invitation publicly is strictly forbidden.

3. No posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok etc. Any content found on social media will lead to an automatic cancellation of your order and be exempt from all future OnTheList events.

2. Product & Pricing

1. Purchases are for personal use only - purchase on behalf of others are strictly forbidden.

2. Reselling of items, through any channel including informal/personal means, is strictly forbidden.

3. Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted.

4. For all online orders, you must contact our team within 14 days upon receiving to notify any defects on the product.

5. All products will be sold in "as is" condition and may have parts/accessories missing, as well as marks and scratches. Items should not have any functional defects.

6. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Final prices are determined at checkout.

8. Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the base for any claim.

9. Any re-sale or attempted re-sale of items purchased at the Private Sale will lead to an automatic cancellation of your order and be exempt from this event and all future OnTheList events. For staff members, it will also result in disciplinary action, including potential dismissal. Anyone listing items on WeChat, Carousell, eBay or similar sites from the Private Sale will be subjected to the rejection of the website login immediately.

3. Quota

1. Purchases are restricted to number of pieces per invite, during the whole sale period: see section quota on homepage and cartpage.

2. Any unused personal quota cannot be transferred to others. If the above is not abided, additional item(s) that exceeds the quota will be removed.

4. Delivery

1. We ship within Australia only. We do not ship to any address outside Australia, including New Zealand and all other international destinations.

2. NSW - Metro & Regional: Free delivery on all orders above AU$160. AU$15 delivery charge under AU$160.

3. All Other States - Metro & Regional: Free delivery on all orders above AU$220. AU$18 delivery charge under AU$220.

4. Estimated delivery time: 4-6 weeks after the end of the event.

5. Each order is limited to one single delivery address and the recipient's name at the delivery address must be the same person who made the purchase.

6. Please note that we are unable to hold or delay orders. We do not deliver to PO Box. Kindly ensure that you will be available to receive your order within up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

5. Payment

1. Payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

2. Payment in AUD only.

6. General Provisions

1. OnTheList Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision for access to the sale, sale of products and in any disputes.

2. Internet Explorer is not advisable to browse the sale.
